Local and Mainland non-profit making organizations (e.g. green groups, community bodies, and schools) are eligible to apply.

In evaluating the application, AEON Fund will take the following factors into consideration:

• The reputation and established track record of the applicant
• Financial status, including level of support (if any) from other sources
• Objective, justification/proven need for project or programme
• Feasibility, planning, project co-ordination/management
• Comprehensive budget and cost efficiency
• Other funding obtained or sources approached
• Time-frame
