NAAC Symposium (June 21, 2013)
Dr. Agnes Law, Director of CASR was invited to present a report on “Customer Feedback Development for Evaluation of Centre Groups, Programs and Special Events” at the Symposium hosted by The Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council, 21 June 2013. The study is successful in developing a set of tools to evaluate the effectiveness of centre groups, programs and special events; and to facilitate the service unit to develop an annual service plan.
