Eligibility
As we consider proposed projects for funding, the Foundation gives priority to healthcare and education projects that follow in line with our philanthropic mission and vision. Ideally, projects should be designed to engineer transformative change and create social capital for maximum impact, garner government policy support and matching funds, and demonstrate effective use of resources. We will also consider projects that help victims of natural catastrophes and special emergencies, enhance the project management capabilities of beneficiary organizations, or pioneer new social models that build capacity. In general, the Foundation will not provide sponsorship or funding for the following:

1. Individuals
2. Special interest groups of schools/higher education institutions
3. Purely commercial ventures
4. Non-specific projects
Procedure/ Remarks
Grant seekers should submit a brief letter (no more than two pages long) containing a brief description of your organization and its goals and objectives, the amount requested, and an explanation of the intended use and allocation of the funds, if approved. If the Foundation is interested in your project, we will request a more detailed proposal
