Groups such as non-government and community organizations, academic and research institutes and schools; and individuals aged 18 or above who are ordinarily resident in Hong Kong.
Procedure/ Remarks
Assessment Criteria for SDF Applications:
- Achievement of SDF Objectives (30%)
- Project Quality (e.g. extent of community benefit to be achieved, well-planned schedule of project implementation, and extent of collaboration across sectors and groups, etc.) (20%)
- Effectiveness of Project (20%)
- Financial Viability (10%)
- Applicant's Track Record and Capability (10%)
- Potential to Become Sustainable (5%)
- Innovation (5%)
